Saved Me a Lot of Money

“I've been to Feliks twice before and about to go a third time. I read some bad reviews but honestly, my experience gives me no room to leave a bad review. First time, I had a thumb-sized chip on the hood of my F-150 (which had a fiberglass hood). It was right on the leading edge of the hood. They told me it would be an expensive fix, so instead of booking me in right away, the incredible receptionist (I feel bad calling her that because there must be a better title to show the amount of work she puts in) went to work on finding me something to either replace the hood completely, or cover up the chip (fiberglass will never rust, so covering it up wasn't a big deal). I had already tried to find a rock guard to cover it, but was unsuccessful (Ford Raptor, not regular F-150, they basically didn't have any at the time). She spent an hour or so researching and found one for me, and it fit like a glove, and looked great. So, instead of about $1500 worth of repair, they spent a couple hours working with me and helped me cover the chip with some touch up paint (Free) and then put on the rock guard ($55). Saved me a lot of money and the truck looks better and is even more functional.”
